COVID 19

The number one priority at Class One, is the safety of our students, parents, principals, and teachers and visitors.

With this in mind, we will still adhere to most measures that we have set in place at the Academy and will notify members directly of any changes. 

Even though we have these measure's in place, our Academy will continue to offer the same level of tuition as before in a fun, friendly, and safe environment.

Safety measures may differ at each studio due to venue size, logistics and location. C1 Staff will advise of any specific measure’s dependent on your class and government guidlines.

Please find below some helpful points you will need to know when attending a C1 Studio.  It may be useful to let your child know some of this information, so they are prepared for class.  

Class Registration

• No Cash Payments– Please pay for all classes by bank transfer (prior to attendance)
• You will be allocated a suitable class prior to your attendance
• Please note all C1 classes are drop off and collect only
• As time is restricted, at drop off/collection please send any question or queries via text/email as we cannot answer these during class time.

Class Arrival

• We operate a drop off / collect procedure.
• We may ask you yo adhere to social distancing guidelines whilst you wait.
• Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class for drop off
• We may conduct tempreture check before class entry.
• Hand Sanitizer stations will be available at the doors for pupils.
• C1 Dance wear should be worn on arrival – there will be NO changing facility
• Please label your drink bottle. Sharing of drinks is not permitted.
• Please only bring to class minimal items. Large Bags and non-essential items will not be allowed.

During and After Class

• Class sizes have been limited and we may use floor markers for class participation.
• We may ask children to adhere to social distancing in class time
• It is particularly important that you are on time for your child’s collection
• We may ask parents to wear a mask during private lesson time.
• Staff members may wear PPE during class and lessons. 
• We would ask parents to respect others personal space on drop off and collect. 

Important Info

• If your child is feeling unwell, showing any symptoms or has been around any one with symptoms, please do not attend classes and let us know at your earliest convenience.
• If your child is told by his/her school to self-isolate, please do not come to class until the isolation period has finished.
• Please adhere to any government guidelines as and when they are communicated by the government. 

For registered pupils, we will also send communication regarding any updates to the measures we have in place at Class One to keep children safe and happy.
